Being truly positive...!
Do I mean, I'm positive because I don't think negatively? It is everyone's need and desire to live positively, but is it enough to just stay positive and keep the atmosphere around you positive? As a human being, am I not going to be both positive and negative? An important question is how we take and understand both these things.
Basically, do I have my own strong opinions and thoughts about being positive or do I insist on being happy all the time because I don't like suffering? Do I want everyone to pay attention to me when I go see people? Do I think people would like me only if I stayed positive? Do I have to try to stay positive to hide other shortcomings in me? Even if I am constantly positive, can I respect, accept, and understand the negative side of others' negative emotions? All this should be considered.
There are a few points to keep in mind to stay truly positive.
- Even if I was positive, was it that no one valued my opinions? If that happens, it should be noted that when only action is positive, without any clear thoughts of your own behind it, it is difficult for that positivity to be accepted.
- Do I try to stay positive at some point, but do I find it difficult to do so? Can I stay positive forever? If that does not happen, the thoughts in the mind should be taken care of. Our positivity not only grows by being positive but also with it being thoughtful and habitual and gradually becoming natural.
- Being positive is part of my nature, or is it a type of stubbornness created according to need? This should be looked at strongly. If it is stubborn, then we should understand that we are expressing some suppressed feelings in our minds. It needs to be worked out in time.
- Is it possible for me to stay positive if I accept the negative emotions I feel and work on them properly? The acceptance of one's negativity in itself and the desire to work on it also creates positivity.
Staying positive is expected to be very natural. And it comes from the practice itself. If my thoughts and my focus (goal) are clear, and if I am honest with my thoughts and feelings, the positivity I feel will become easy and natural and will reach others correctly. Often, on some occasions, when it is difficult for us to stay positive, we can try and develop some thoughts and return to achieving positivity. This practice is further strengthened by how we understand ourselves, especially when faced with difficult situations. I don't ignore the negativity in my mind because of my insistence on living positively. It is very important to note that
Is my positivity natural or am I masking it? I should recognize this difference in time. For that, it is important to be clear about your own thoughts and life goals behind being positive.
Let's be truly positive.
